End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (the “End-User”) and WonderTeam (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the WonderTales application (the “Licensed Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Licensed Application.

Sections 1–10 below correspond in full to Apple’s Schedule 2 — Minimum Terms of Developer’s End-User License Agreement.

1. Acknowledgement

You and we acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and WonderTeam only, and not with Apple. WonderTeam, not Apple, is solely responsible for the WonderTales Licensed Application and all of its content (including interactive stories, lessons, games, and narration).

This Agreement does not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, Apple’s terms prevail.

2. Scope of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the WonderTales Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The Licensed Application may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, as permitted by Apple.

You may not:

Resell, rent, lease, redistribute, or transfer this license to any third party;
Copy, extract, download, or redistribute the Licensed Application’s content (stories, illustrations, narration audio files, lessons, games) outside the Licensed Application;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Application, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
Interfere with, circumvent, or disable parental controls, time limits, or the free-tier content limits;
Use the Licensed Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm a child.

3. Maintenance and Support

WonderTeam is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the WonderTales Licensed Application, as required by applicable law. You and we acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

4. Warranty

WonderTeam is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed.

In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of WonderTeam.

5. Product Claims

You and we acknowledge that WonderTeam, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of yours or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:

Product liability claims;
Any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement;
Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation — including regulations concerning the protection of children’s data.

WonderTales does not use Apple’s HealthKit, HomeKit, or ClassKit frameworks, and does not process health data. This Agreement does not limit WonderTeam’s liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You and we acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the WonderTales Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, WonderTeam, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

All stories, illustrations, characters, narration, lessons, and games within WonderTales are owned by WonderTeam or duly licensed to WonderTeam.

7. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Third Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application. For example, you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement when using the Licensed Application. WonderTales downloads story, audio, and game content over the Internet, which may incur data charges under your agreement with your carrier.

10. Third Party Beneficiary

You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.

11. Parent Accounts and Child Profiles

WonderTales is made for children, but only a parent or legal guardian (18+) may create an account and accept this Agreement. Parents create child profiles inside their own account and are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the Licensed Application.

Free tier: 1 child profile.
Candy+: up to 3 child profiles per account.
The parent area (statistics, screen time, content management) is protected by an adult verification gate.

12. Candy+ Subscriptions and Billing

The free tier unlocks the first 3 stories, 2 lesson topics, and 3 games. Candy+ unlocks the full content library and the parent learning reports.

Current plans (prices as of the last-updated date — the price that applies is always the one shown by the App Store at the time of purchase):

Candy+ 1 month — 69.000₫
Candy+ 3 months — 189.000₫
Candy+ 6 months — 359.000₫
Candy+ 12 months — 649.000₫

Important: All purchases in WonderTales on iOS are processed by the Apple App Store — we do not charge you directly and we do not store your card details.

Depending on how each plan is configured on the App Store, a plan may be auto-renewing or prepaid (one-time, does not auto-renew). The terms that apply to your plan are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.

For auto-renewing plans: the subscription renews until you cancel. Where a free trial is offered, you are only charged at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Deleting the app or deleting your data does not automatically cancel your subscription.

13. Voice Features

Some interactive stories let a child speak to choose how the story unfolds. When this feature is used, speech is processed to recognise the child’s choice and branch the story. The microphone is only active when the child actively uses this feature and after you have granted the permission. How this data is processed and retained is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Privacy and Children’s Data

Our data collection and processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. You may request deletion of part of your data or of your entire account at any time via our Data Deletion Request and Account Deletion Request pages.

15. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or by WonderTeam. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using the Licensed Application and delete it from your devices. Termination does not affect any refund rights you may have under Apple’s policies.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Việt Nam / Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence. Your use of the Licensed Application is also subject to our Terms of Service.
